员利针，针具名。九针之一。《灵枢.九针论》：“员利针，取法于牦针，微大其未，反小其身，令可深内也，长一寸六分，主取痈痹者也。”是一种针体细小而尖微大圆利的针具。用于治疗痈肿，痹症等病证。
